Please be advised that the EACT Jockey Club Active Community Programme Presents:
Laureus Sport for Good Mental Health and Wellbeing Through Sport Forum, the surrounding events (the “Events”) and attendees present at the Events are being photographed and/or filmed for reporting on the Events worldwide. Consequently, all recorded Events material (film, sound recordings and photographs) (“Audio-Visual Material”) taken by or on behalf of Laureus Sport for Good (“Laureus”) or by the press attending the Events, will be used, reproduced and distributed in all media, including on various websites on the Internet.

Audio-Visual Material captured and recorded at the Events may include all aspects of EACT Jockey Club Active Community Programme Presents: Laureus Sport for Good Mental Health and Wellbeing Through Sport Forum celebrations.

In attending the EACT Jockey Club Active Community Programme Presents: Laureus Sport for Good Mental Health and Wellbeing Through Sport Forum and more generally the Events, you understand that you, your image and voice may be recorded, filmed and photographed by Laureus, its sponsors and licensees including but not limited to the Laureus Sport for Good Foundation and more generally the press. We will use the Audio-Visual Material as described in the Privacy Notice which accompanies your invitation to the Events or which can be obtained by contacting us at data.protection@laureus.com.
