Laureus Sport for Good Foundation are committed to protecting and respecting your privacy.

We will collect and process the following data about you (collectively referred to as "Personal Data"):

• Information that you provide by accepting our invitation to the EACT Jockey Club Active Community Programme Presents: Laureus Sport for Good Mental Health and Wellbeing Through Sport Forum (the ‘Forum’), i.e. your full name, e-mail address and contact details;
• All additional information you may provide so that you receive the services you require whilst attending the Forum (such as but not limited to your flight and hotel information, passport details, transport requirements, food preferences, events you will be attending etc.);
• Any biographical information you provide Us for your inclusion in documentation at the Forum (such as your job title or the name of your organisation);
• Images and recordings of your attendance or participation at the Forum; and
• If you contact Us, We may keep a record of that correspondence.

We have set out below, in table format, a description of all the ways We may use your personal data. We’re also required by law to identify the legal basis on which we handle personal data. These legal bases are set out in Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). When We process personal data on the basis of our legitimate interests then We also need to identify those legitimate interests and have done so below.

Note that We may process your Personal Data on more than one legal basis depending on the specific purpose for which we are using the Personal Data.

Sharing Your Information

We do not rent, sell or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except under the following circumstances:

• sharing with your consent with our Laureus, Richemont and partners as set out in Marketing Communications below;
• to third party providers who provide services on our behalf such as website and database hosting or event services, legal advisors, or email service providers;
• We may disclose your personal information to any law enforcement agency, court, regulator, government authority or other third party where We believe this is necessary to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation, ensure the security of our events or otherwise to protect our rights or the rights of any third party; and
• We may disclose your personal information to any third party that purchases, or to which We transfer, all or substantially all of our assets and business. Should such a sale or transfer occur, We will use reasonable efforts to try to ensure that the entity to which We transfer your personal information uses it in a manner that is consistent with this Privacy Policy.

Marketing Communications

If you accept our invitation to the Forum, We may use the contact details you provide Us to send you information about Laureus, the Forum and other future Laureus events. By accepting this invitation, you also accept that We may share your information with other Laureus group companies or Richemont group companies so that they may contact you about events, products or services that may be of interest. If you do not wish to receive messages from Us or any of the entities listed above, please contact Us at the email address provided below.

Where We Store Your Personal Data

Information We collect may be transferred to, stored and processed in any country or territory where one or more of our affiliated group companies or third party service providers are located or maintain facilities, including locations outside the EEA. While other territories may not have the same standards of data protection as those within your home country, We will we will ensure that transfers by us or our appointed data processors outside the EEA will only be made lawfully (e.g. to countries in respect of which the European Commission has made an "adequacy decision”, or with appropriate safeguards such as the use of standard clauses approved by the European Commission or the use of the EU-US Privacy Shield). We want you to feel confident about our use of your information, and We are committed to protecting the personal information We collect. Changes To Our Invitation Privacy Notice

Any changes We may make to our privacy notice in the future will be posted on the Laureus App and, if appropriate, notified to you by e-mail.

Photography/Videography Notice

Please be advised that the Forum and surrounding events will be photographed and filmed for reporting worldwide and that the recorded materials (film and photographs) will be reproduced and distributed by Laureus, its sponsors and licensees worldwide for use in all media, both on and off line. We will use the recorded materials for the purposes of our legitimate interests as described above. Please refer to the Notice which will be displayed at the entrance of the Forum for further details.
